Practise at home

Self-Guided Wellbeing Practices

Follow these practice outlines at your own pace. Each one has simple steps, a list of things you might need, and reflective prompts for gentle wellbeing support.

How the practices work

Each practice is a written outline you can follow at home. Read it through first, gather what you need, then move at your own pace. Pause, adapt, or stop whenever you like.

  • Start with a few calming breaths.
  • Have cushions, a journal, water, or art materials within reach before you begin.
  • Notice your energy levels. It is okay to skip or adapt activities that do not feel right today.

Safety first

These practices are general self-help information. They are not therapy, medical advice, or a crisis service. If anything feels activating, stop, ground yourself, and take a break. You can send feedback or corrections through the contact page.
