Data is stored in secure, password-protected systems hosted in Aotearoa or countries with comparable privacy protections. Only authorised Changing Minds staff can access identifiable information. Facilitators and other guests never see your registration details.

Our website uses basic analytics to understand page views and navigation patterns. Data is aggregated and cannot identify you personally. You can disable cookies in your browser settings if you prefer.

Retention

We retain registration information for up to two years so we can report on service reach and invite you to alumni events. You may request deletion sooner by emailing [email protected].

We may share anonymised data with funders and research partners to advocate for better mental health support. Identifiable information is only shared with other services when you give explicit consent or where required by law to keep someone safe.
